Whether you need your pet looking after whilst you are at work, or if you are planning a holiday or business trip away, we will customize your search and tailor a pet carer to match you and the needs of your pets. This will enable you to find a professional pet carer in your area who has plenty of experience in the type of pet you have.
We offer a home away from home experience for all pet types including dogs, cats, small caged animals, insects, fish and birds.

Get a quote for your needs
Once you’ve decided on your preferred pet carer, simply send them a message with your requirements and dates to get a quote. It’s as easy as that.
Once you’ve agreed the costs with your preferred pet carer they will message you with a link to your quote, where you can easily pay online to complete your booking and be covered by the House My Pet Guarantee.
Cant find what you’re looking for?
You will have an option to post on our House My Pet job board. All Pet Carers will be able to see your post if they go on the job board to browse jobs needed and will be able to message you directly!
So what does it all cost?
Comparing different pet care prices can feel confusing. With such a wide range of price points, how do you know what you’re getting is good value? Pet care prices may differ considerably, depending on the area you live in and the variety of other services that are provided (e.g. pick up and drop off for pets). When you do a search on our website, you will get a list of professional pet carers tailored to the specific needs of your pets and the dates and times of their availability. All quotes are individual and provided at the discretion of the pat carers. Our daily pet care rates are an excellent value for tailored one to one care.
The saying ‘You get what you pay for’ certainly applies to pet care rates. We suggest you don’t limit your choice of carer to price comparisons. After all, not all pet care services are equal. If you are happy with a pet carer’s profile that we offer and wish to book, we charge a 15% service fee on the overall booking value.
It's easy to do things on House My Pet
If you can’t seem to find a suitable match on House My Pet you have the option to create a Job post to display on our House My Pet platform describing what you are looking for, when and where. This is visible to the public and any one can search the jobs, however only verified House My Pet carers can apply. Keep an eye on your emails and check the platform frequently for notifications to see if any one of our professional fully vetted carers have replied to your post. The pet carer will leave you a link to their profile so you can read more about them. If you would like to find out more just send them a message via the pet carer’s profile and they can send you a quote.
Your feedback is highly valued and appreciated to us and the pet carer you have matched with. To leave a review after using a service, go to the carer’s profile and click on ‘Add a review’ its as simple as that. You can leave a comment and also a star rating from 1 to 5. Your review will then be visible on the pet carers profile under ‘Reviews’.
If you or the pet carer need to cancel a booking you can do so by going to ‘My Account’, finding the booking you wish to cancel under ‘Bookings’ and click the ‘Cancel’ button. This will take you to a form that will require booking information to be filled in. Once completed hit the ‘Send Request’ button to send your cancelation request to us.
A Pet Owner or a Pet Service Provider may initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of Booking. In such case, we may, on our own discretion, refund the Booking Fee. Any cancelations after the 24 hours please read our terms and conditions and for further advice please contact us via our help page.
