I would say it is necessary to some extent. Grooming is not just about looks, it also ensures that your lovely pet stays healthy. Also, everyone’s life is stressful these days, including pets. So, it is important that the pets go to a spa once in a while and relax.
You may start with Neon Tetra or Oscar. The number depends on your preference or the size of the aquarium but you may start with 5-6. Oscar species would need more space.
