It's easy to do things on House My Pet

If you can’t seem to find a suitable match on House My Pet you have the option to create a Job post to display on our House My Pet platform describing what you are looking for, when and where. This is visible to the public and any one can search the jobs, however only verified House My Pet carers can apply. Keep an eye on your emails and check the platform frequently for notifications to see if any one of our professional fully vetted carers have replied to your post. The pet carer will leave you a link to their profile so you can read more about them. If you would like to find out more just send them a message via the pet carer’s profile and they can send you a quote.

Your feedback is highly valued and appreciated to us and the pet carer you have matched with. To leave a review after using a service, go to the carer’s profile and click on ‘Add a review’ its as simple as that. You can leave a comment and also a star rating from 1 to 5. Your review will then be visible on the pet carers profile under ‘Reviews’.

If you or the pet carer need to cancel a booking you can do so by going to ‘My Account’, finding the booking you wish to cancel under ‘Bookings’ and click the ‘Cancel’ button. This will take you to a form that will require booking information to be filled in. Once completed hit the ‘Send Request’ button to send your cancelation request to us.

A Pet Owner or a Pet Service Provider may initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of Booking. In such case, we may, on our own discretion, refund the Booking Fee. Any cancelations after the 24 hours please read our terms and conditions and for further advice please contact us via our help page.
