First time visiting Amazing Tails and they truly exceeded my expectations! Amanda did an incredible job !! I told her exactly what I wanted for my schnauzers, Lulu and Ebony, and she delivered it perfectly. They look absolutely adorable! I was a little nervous about trying a new salon, but Maya at the front desk made everything feel so easy and welcoming. She listened to my concerns when booking the appointment and provided excellent customer service when checking me out. Amazing Tails definitely has a new loyal customer. Thank you, ladies! 🐾💛
First time at amazing tails and they did an amazing job with our Duchess. Everybody was extremely nice and Destiny did an amazing job and added a little flare to our pup. Highly recommend this groomer. A++
Unprofessional groomer, physically abuses pets, he let my dog limping and red from his eye. He was yelling saying he did not care if I take legal actions against him . Please don't take your pets there it's very bad.he will be under investigation. I wanted to see the footage of the cameras he refused he said he does not have camera.the owner is very lying shady person . DON'T TAKE YOUR PETs .
This facility is fantastic! My pups went twice this week for daycare and had a wonderful time (mine are the black and white pitty mixes). The temperament test is free and lasts around 2-3 hours. The staff is so kind and really take the time to get to know your dogs so they can socialize them with the right group. Everyone I've interacted with has been the sweetest and I love that they send reports with pics of your dogs without you having to ask. I've only utilized their daycare service so far but I'm sure their other services are great as well. Planning a vacation will be so much easier knowing I have a great place to board them.
Absolutely amazing salon! I bring one of my pups every single Wednesday for his nails and I know he looks forward to going in every week! Plus, I also bring our other 4 pups here! Super friendly service, full trust knowing my fur babies will be taken care of, AMAZING work and even better pricing! If you haven't gotten the chance yet, treat your fur baby and meet some Amazing people at the same time!
