First time visiting Amazing Tails and they truly exceeded my expectations! Amanda did an incredible job !! I told her exactly what I wanted for my schnauzers, Lulu and Ebony, and she delivered it perfectly. They look absolutely adorable! I was a little nervous about trying a new salon, but Maya at the front desk made everything feel so easy and welcoming. She listened to my concerns when booking the appointment and provided excellent customer service when checking me out. Amazing Tails definitely has a new loyal customer. Thank you, ladies! 🐾💛

We LOVE Amazing Tails!! Jensen has been going there for months(he started there at just 4 months old). We have used every service. Day care, grooming and boarding. Jensen literally drags us inside excited to play and be loved on by the incredible staff. We couldn’t be happier with the love and care our little guy receives and highly recommend all of their services. 10 out of 10!!

This place is truly “Amazing”!!! I have been taking my babies for grooming for 15+ years and as soon as they opened boarding we were the first customers! I especially love Lexie, our groomer, who has taken care of my sweet baby Chloe, and now Gracie. She makes them look super cute and is exceptionally talented with all their bows and hairdos. She makes them look fabulous!! We went every Friday for many years and now Gracie attends Playcare. She’s like part of the family! We love Amazing Tails! I took my dog, Duke, to Amazing Tails regularly for about a year. I took him on Friday, October 3rd for his full groom. He was one of the first appointments that morning and I dropped him off with his usual groomer without problem. I called about 7-8 hours after dropping him off to see if he was okay or ready for pickup since I hadn’t heard anything and they now say he is ready. I know they can get busy so I understand a longer grooming time but it felt (by the receptionists response) that they forgot about him. My husband picks him up and brings him home. I notice that his body is extremely uneven, his head only partially shaved, his feet are not trimmed at all with long hair sticking out between the tops of his toes, his ears uneven, and he did not have a peri area trim. I was very upset and just opted to take him to another local groomer the week after to have a bath and fix this since they did so poorly. When I picked him up from his new groomer, they were appalled at the condition and matting inside his ears saying that they have never been plucked and this could cause yeast infections in his ears. They said it appeared that the previous groomer just did a pre-shave and bath and forgot to do the rest of his groom. This aligns with my suspicion since he was there so long and appeared to be unfinished. Please, please take your dog elsewhere.

Great place for puppy play! Brand new, clean facility. The owner and employees are super nice. My hound dog just loves coming here to get her energy out! They also do a great job of trimming her nails—which is NOT her favorite task. Highly recommend!
