Hi, I’m Jen and I am the owner of ‘The Cat Butler – Weybridge’. We are a sitting service exclusively for cats and a feline friendly cattery alternative, our motto being, “Cats are happier at home”! We provide one or more daily home visits to feed & care for your cat(s), including grooming, playtime and, of course, lots of fuss and attention. We also provide a complimentary home security service while you’re away: We can put out/take in bins, bring in post and deliveries, switch lights on/off and open/close curtains and blinds. We can also water indoor and patio plants free of charge. All of our Cat Butlers are 5-star reviewed, fully vetted, DBS checked and insured. We are also available 365 days a year. We booked the cat sitting service for a weekend trip, with two visits a day, and Suzy was absolutely fantastic. She took brilliant care of our cat and sent regular updates and photos, which was so reassuring. Fantastic service and highly recommended - huge thanks to Suzy and Jen!
Jen at The Cat Butler Weybridge was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't ask for more. The cats took to her straight away and were very happy and perfectly cared for when I got home. Jen's communication is excellent and I really appreciated the daily videos. She thinks of everything and proactively deals with anything required. I had a great holiday knowing my cats were in very good hands. Thank you Jen.
Jen is amazing. I can’t rate her more highly. Right from the beginning she was friendly and warm, meaning that we felt very comfortable having her look after our two fur babies. Our cats have a lot of character, but need time usually to warm up to people. Not with Jen though! They took to her right away. She was very communicative too, messaging after each visit to share updates and photos/videos. It was great to know that they were getting lots of cuddles. Jen is a very safe pair of hands to look after your cats and we look forward to her looking after our cats again the next time we go away.
A fantastic service, the whole process felt extremely professional and caring. Suzy was amazing at keeping us posted on our cat’s progress throughout our time away, and the added bonus of knowing that someone was looking in on the house in our absence was very reassuring. Would highly recommend!
We had Jen looking after our three cats while we were away for 15 days and it was honestly amazing. We got daily updates with loads of photos and videos, which was so reassuring, and came back to a clean, tidy home and very happy cats. Couldn’t recommend Jen and the Cat Butler team more if you’re looking for someone trustworthy to care for your cats! 🐾
